Privacy Policy

NextSet for iOS

NextSet collects no data about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising. The app makes no network requests of any kind — there is no server for it to talk to.

What NextSet stores on your device

NextSet saves two things locally, using the standard iOS preferences system:

• Your last-used timer settings — goal preset, timing mode, number of rounds, and durations
• Whether you have acknowledged the health disclaimer

Both stay on your device. Neither is transmitted anywhere, neither identifies you, and deleting the app removes them.

What NextSet does not do

• No analytics or usage tracking
• No crash reporting service
• No advertising, and no advertising identifier
• No account, sign-in, or email address
• No access to Health data, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos
• No network requests — the app works entirely offline

Apple's own reporting

If you have turned on Share With App Developers in iOS Settings, Apple may pass along aggregated crash and usage statistics. That is a feature of iOS that you control in Settings, not something NextSet does, and what Apple provides is not tied to you personally.

Purchases

If you buy the optional Workout Builder upgrade, Apple handles the entire transaction. Homeward Labs never sees your payment details or your Apple Account. Apple's own privacy policy covers that purchase.

Children

NextSet collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
